The Galaxy A35 5G has established a firm foothold in the crowded midrange smartphone sphere since its initial release back in early 2024. Thanks to its well-rounded specifications, premium finishing touches, and considerable photography features for the money, the device remains enticing to consumers as far out as 2026 seeking flagship features without the flagship price. Design and Build: Premium Feel on a Budget
The Galaxy A35 is a fairly stylish entry in its segment, with flat edges and a glass back. It feels a little more premium than a lot of the competition at this price point. It is a comfortable size as well as providing IP67 dust and water resistance —which is very impressive for the price. The phone also feels solid, as the Gorilla Glass Victus+ on the front protects the device.
Comes with two of the more handsome colors, Awesome Navy and Lilac, as well as Iceblue — rather than looking cheap. It is fairly light, though, so you’ll be comfortable to use it all day. The in-screen optical fingerprint sensor (reliable – although one of the slower entries) remains a promising feature.
Display: Vibrant and Smooth
Arguably one of the A35’s best features is its large, vibrant 6.6-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O display. Its Full HD+ resolution (2340 x 1080 pixels) and fast 120Hz refresh rate make it a joy to use—and with peak brightness of 1000 nits, along with Vision Booster, you can use it outside.
Camera: The Star Performer?
Samsung equipped the Galaxy A35 with a versatile triple-camera setup:

On the front, there’s a 13MP selfie camera
Colors are punchy, blacks are solid, and scrolling is silky smooth whether you’re scrolling through social media, watching videos or doing some light gaming. It isn’t the brightest panel on the market but it performs well in media use and daily tasks at this price range.
